Hours/Length of Assignment: Spring 2012. Curator is asked to begin working on average 5 hours per week in January to begin orienting and determining needs and connecting with schools and site specific installations. Time investment dependent upon ability and work plans-Artwork arrives the last week of February and must be fully installed by May 4 opening. Curator is responsible for maintaining the installation and responsible for coordinating the breakdown of the installation, June 4-7 and return of artwork on designated days following the festival June 8 and 9, 2012

Skills, Knowledge, Ability
Flexibility and determination. Self-starter with creative problem solving skills. Ability to work creatively to complete tasks on time and work independently to determine a work plan. Superior organizational skills. Ability to initiate and follow through on several tasks simultaneously with attention to detail. Interest and experience in curatorial processes a plus, but not required. Ability to work with multiple personalities and communicate effectively.
