Volunteers Volunteers are welcome at the Flint Hills International Children’s Festival Hospitality Tent. Volunteers receive a complementary T-shirt and discount tickets as available. Please note that Education Partners are responsible for providing their own volunteers. *Partner organizations are responsible for staffing their tents. Ordway Center has a very limited number of volunteers available to help with the Partner activities. If you expect any special needs for staffing, please list them in the needs section below.

Please give us an idea of what Ordway Center might need to supply you upon your inclusion in the Festival. We will be confirming with you in January and you will be able to make changes then!

Ordway Center can supply: Tent, tables, chairs, electricity, signage, banners, and inclusion in brochures & program materials. Education Partner must provide: Activity, volunteers, supplies, and information.
