Lelavision Physical Music
The Anther, My Friend

May 30, 2009

Lelavision brings science to life in their multi sensory performance blending sculpture, illustration, music and dance with biologist and self-defined “cell watcher”, Anna Edlund. Music-making sculptures inspired by plant parts such as the Rumitone, Pollenphones, Orbacles, and Staminphones aid the exploration and explanation of the process of plant pollination.  This fascinating, educational experience explores science in an easily accessible and memorable performance that is sure to captivate!

In the Drake room, Lelavision created a multi-sensory performance that explored plant pollination combining sculpture, science, illustration, music and dance.  More than 1,200 attended their performances.
