Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, Ordway Center is pleased to offer a bus reimbursement for all schools coming to the Festival from anywhere within the State of Minnesota. For those schools coming from within the seven county metro, the reimbursement is up to $150 per bus and for those coming from greater Minnesota, the reimbursement is up to $450 per bus. All schools should order and pay for their own buses through their district transportation office.* Following Festival attendance and before June 30, 2008, schools should submit their paid bill with a bus reimbursement form to Ordway Center and a reimbursement check will be cut directly to the school or district.
*Minneapolis and Saint Paul Public Schools should order buses through district transportation and direct their transportation offices to send the bill directly to Ordway Center.
