The Ordway Flint Hills International Children's Festival is an annual highlight for thousands of children and families as the Ordway and surrounding areas transform with music, dance, art activities, and public art installations. The entire festival is made possible by the generous help of our volunteers! We could not make the Flint Hills International Children's Festival happen without the many people that donate their time. Volunteering at the Festival is a fun way to give back to the community and meet artists of all kinds. We hope you consider volunteering this year!
As a thank you to our Festival volunteers, who serve as cross-guards, docents, Festival greeters, and in a variety of other roles, the Ordway provides:
• Free Parking
• Free Food
• Festival T-shirts
• Opportunities to participate
• Opportunities to experience the incredible art that is a part of the Festival. We highly encourage you to volunteer at the 2012 Flint Hills Children's Festival! The festival runs May 29th - June 3rd. There are a variety of shifts available!
Please fill out an online application and be prepared to complete a background check.
