What is the Xcel Energy Butterfly Garden? Thanks to the Xcel Energy Foundation, a Festival favorite – the Butterfly Garden – is returning to the Festival. Filled with many different species of butterflies and moths and beautiful plants and flowers, the free Butterfly Garden can be found in Rice Park during the Family Weekend!
