Tickets to Ordway performances can be purchased by phone at 651.224.4222, in person, or online.

Ticket Office and Phone Hours
The Ticket Office is open Monday - Friday, 11am - 3pm, Saturday, 11am - 3pm and closed on Sunday.

Phone lines are open Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm, Saturday, 11am - 3pm and closed on Sunday.

The Ticket Office is also open two hours prior to each performance.

All ticket sales are final with no refunds or price adjustments.

Student and Educator Rush Tickets
Student rush tickets are available 20 minutes prior to curtain. Student rush is for high school students, college students and educators. School identification cards are required. Two tickets per valid I.D. Cash only. An ATM machine is conveniently located in the Ordway Ticket Office lobby. Ordway Theater Season shows are $30 each (including all fees.) Shows in the Target® World Music and Dance Series are $18 each (including all fees.) Tickets subject to availability.

Misplaced Tickets
Lost tickets may be replaced free of charge by calling the Ticket Office at 651.224.4222. If you forget your tickets on the day of the show, we will replace your tickets free of charge at the Ticket Office. Please be prepared to show a photo I.D.

Exchanges
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same titled show. Exchanges must be completed prior to the date of the originally scheduled performance, and an exchange fee of $3.00 per ticket will apply to all exchanges arranged via phone. There is no additional fee for exchanges arranged in person at the Ticket Office.

Season subscribers may exchange tickets at no charge. However, service charges will apply if ticket exchanges are done within 48 hours of the performance.

Group orders may not make exchanges on any tickets once an order is paid in full.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any amount. Ordway gift certificates make the perfect gift. Call the Ticket Office at 651.224.4222 for details. Gift certificates may also be purchased online. Gift certificates may not be redeemed online.

Patrons with Disabilities
When ordering tickets, please notify the Ticket Office of any special accommodations you may need. Please inform the Ticket Office if you will be attending with an assistance animal so that the best accommodations can be provided for your companion. Ordway ushers will help you obtain large print and braille programs as well as assisted listening devices. A schedule of ASL-interpreted, open-captioned, and audio-described performances can be obtained by contacting the Ticket Office at 651.224.4222 or by checking our Accessibility Services page. A program insert describing the symbols that are used in interpretation is available in the Patron Services room, or ask an usher.

Concierge

One of the many benefits subscribers receive is use of Ordway's Concierge service, the first in the nation for a performing arts center.
