The Production Coordinator is responsible for representing the Production Department at programs and events at the Ordway and outside venues to facilitate the flow of information to the performers, stage management, and outside rental clients as needed to ensure successful execution of the performances and events.

The Director of Finance is responsible for the day to day operations of the accounting department, including maintaining the software and systems utilized to provide timely and accurate financial information. The accounting department consists of a staff of 4 accountants. The Ordway has an annual operating budget of approximately $16,000,000.

The Usher is responsible for greeting, admitting, and directing patrons, and is the primary face of the Ordway while providing for the enjoyment, safety, comfort, and quality Ordway Joy.Centerstage experience of audience members.
Community Engagement Intern
The Community Programs Intern is responsible for assisting the in the successful implementation of programs to support work that is presented onstage and providing administrative assistance for projects developed for Education and Community Engagement Events.

The Human Resources Intern is responsible for assisting the Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Coordinator to administer standard Human Resources practices and Ordway policies to ensure legal and institutional compliance and special initiatives within the Human Resources Department.
