Full-time Positions

Director of Individual and Planned Giving
The Director of Individual and Planned Gifts will manage and broaden individual philanthropic support at the $1,000 level and above (Leadership Circle). The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies, identifying major donor prospects, preparing funding and acknowledgement correspondence, and developing relationships with colleagues to stay informed of emerging organizational needs.

Website and Web Applications
The Website and Web Applications Developer is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and expanding the organization’s external and internal websites and web applications.

Stage Door and Front Lobby Attendant
The Stage Door and Front Attendant is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for employees, performers, patrons, vendors, renters, and contractors.

Marketing Operations Coordinator
The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for tracking the advertising buys, plans, and efforts in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the department meets the deadlines. This includes the detailed tracking of all marketing and advertising expenses, preparing accurate marketing settlements and reconciliations, and the coordination of marketing supported efforts.

Assistant Ticket Services Manager
The Assistant Ticket Services Manager is responsible for overseeing call center and counter operations, serving as back up to the Ticket Services Manager for the functions of Ordway Treasurer, as well as for event settlements, and other key functions including staff supervision and motivation.

Stage Door and Front Lobby Attendant
The Stage Door and Front Attendant is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for employees, performers, patrons, vendors, renters, and contractors.

Usher
The Usher is responsible for greeting, admitting, and directing patrons, and is the primary face of the Ordway while providing for the enjoyment, safety, comfort, and quality OrdwayJoy.Centerstage experience of audience members.

 


Internships

Education Communication Intern
The Education Communications Intern is responsible for assisting the in the successful communication and implementation of programs to support work that is presented onstage and provide administrative assistance for projects developed for Education and Community Engagement Events.

Production Intern
The Production Intern is responsible for assisting the daily and long term operations and activities of the Production Department.
