How to order group tickets:

Bring your family, friends, business associates or club to the Ordway! Anyone can take advantage of our group perks. All you need is 10 to start saving.

Groups of 10 or more qualify for:

Group Frequently Asked Questions

  • How many people do I need to take advantage of the group discount?

Only 10! Groups of 10 qualify for discounts and perks for both our theatricals and World Music and Dance Series. Your group of 10 can include family, friends or co-workers. Anyone can be a group!

  • How do I order group tickets?

Call the group sales line at 651.282.3111 or email groups@ordway.org or fill out our online group ticket request form

  • Do we have to buy tickets in the same price level?

No! This is one of the great perks of purchasing tickets in a group. You may sit in different levels and receive the discounted group pricing.

  • Do all group tickets have to be purchased for the same performance?

Yes! All 10 tickets must be purchased for the same performance. We cannot split tickets over the run of a show.

  • How do we pay?

We ask that a Group Leader is designated to coordinate the group and make one final payment. We accept all major credit cards and checks. Please refer to your invoice for additional payment details.

  • What if I need to cancel my group?

Tickets cannot be cancelled once tickets are purchased. Refunds or exchanges are not possible with the group discount. Prior to final payment, you may adjust your group numbers, keeping in mind if the group falls below 10, we can no longer honor the discount.

  • What if I need to add tickets to my order?

You may add to your order at any time, pending availability. We cannot guarantee that seating will be available with or near your group or in the same price level.

  • How and when will I receive my tickets?

After final payment is made, tickets will be printed and mailed out to the Group Leader. Any tickets purchased within 10 days of the performance date will be printed and placed at Will Call for pick up.

  • Can you accommodate guests with special needs?

We are able to accommodate guests with limited mobility, hearing or visual impairment or those who require wheelchair assistance. Please let the Group Sales Department know of any special considerations in advance of your show date.

  • Do I really need to fill out the group seating list?

Yes! This information is required of each group and is necessary in the case of lost tickets or the need to locate a patron in the event of an emergency. The seating list form can be found below.
